Shipping and Returns   Shipping Policy  Where possible, Fishing Republic offer next day shipping on orders placed before 9.30am ( subject to stock availability) to UK mainland addresses.  Orders placed prior to 11.00am will normally be despatched the same working day with the exception of Bank Holiday weekends. Orders placed Friday prior to a bank holiday will be despatched the following Tuesday.   Fishing Republic use a 48 hour ParcelForce courier service and 48 hour Royal Mail first class recorded/Next day special delivery as means of shipping goods.   Delivery will normally be within two working day of your order status changing to 'collection by courier however Fishing Republic cannot always guarantee this to be so.   All deliverys MUST be signed for when delivered to the shipping address and any damaged to the parcel or order shortages must be reported within three day's of receipt.   All packages are insured to the value of the contents. During busy periods orders may take upto five working days (mon-fri) to be processed.                           Fishing Republic Shipping Costs       On our website we offer 3 methods of shipping, they are as follows Shipping Option Details Price Small Parcels Standard shipping. £3.50 Large Parcels Standard  Courier postage £6.50 Outside The Uk European shipping will be charged at  £12.50 on most orders.Large parcels may require handling fees.            Please email the store for a correct quote for Non EU shipping.   £12.50  Please note we are unable to offer next day shipping to the Highlands & Islands and remote areas.    Where possbile Fishing Republic will use the cheapest postage charge available. However Fishing Republic reserve the right to amend the shipping charges without notice.   Fishing Republic offer European shipping at a flat rate. However, this maybe amended due to parcel size,weight and value.  Fishing Republic offer shipping to Non Eu countries, these parcels will be charged at our postage cost rates and will take upto 10 days for delivery.   Returns Policy  All goods are covered under warranty from the individual brands against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All refund's will not include the shipping charges.    If you wish to return a product please email us to inform us of the item returned along with the following details: Order Reference Number Full name and address Email Address.  When returning goods to Fishing Republic please include a copy of your order invoice ( found inside your unique account ) and covering note explaining the issues with the product/order and what you may have already done to resolve the problem unless otherwise arranged with a staff memeber.  Please be aware that all products should be in the original packaging and all components must be included.   Fishing Republic, will with larger items arrange for a courier to collect at a time arranged by the customer at a cost of £8.50 per parcel. ( Unless a product has arrived damaged then Fishing Republic will bear the carraige charge). A missed collection form a customer will not be re-arranged untill carraige has been charged. This includes the collection of damaged parcels.    PLEASE NOTE  Unless arranged by Fishing Republic staff, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of a return and to ensure it is well packaged. Any goods returned for non fault reasons (e.g Unwanted)  may incur a charge of upto 15% re warehousing fee. If goods are returned and found to be non faulty, there will be a return fee of the carraige amount.  Should our courier not be able to not deliver the parcel a card will b eleft which will allow you to collect from the local post office or arrange a redelivery time and date. If a parcel is returned to Fishing Republic  due to no one being present at the delivery address a handling charge equivalent to the delivery charge will be applicable.
